Cancellation Policy
Fun days/ Play Days:

CANCELATION POLICY:
*Cancel prior to 7 days before event: 100% refund
*Cancel prior to 2 days before event: 50% refund
*Cancel with less than 48 hours notice: no refunds or credits
Please know a considerable amount of time and effort goes into planning and organising these events.
Minimum numbers are required to run each holiday fun day, in the event that a day needs to be cancelled Skyla will notify you in advance. If event is cancelled by Skyla, a refund will be issued.
EARLY/LATE FEES:
Please note early drop off and late pick up are strictly to be discussed with Skyla. Additional hours are subject to availability and must be discussed with enough notice.
Drop off is strictly between the hours of 8:30am and 9am If you are earlier then this there will not be a carer to care for your child until 8:30am. Please try not to be late so that all children have some time to settle in before we begin the games and activities.
Pick up is strictly on time. More than 5 minutes late (unless you arrange it with Skyla prior or it’s an emergency) will be considered late and Little Free Spirits will charge an additional $20 as well as a $25/hour fee. If you are More than 30 mins late a late a fee of $50 is to be made as well as a $25/hour fee. This will be used for those hired as overtime. As these days run from my home, my own personal family time and down time is very precious, so I really appreciate that consideration as well.

The program is non refundable due to cost of materials, time put into organising each activity.
We do not provide refunds for cancelations/missed sessions. However If we create something while your child/children are not in attendance I will set aside the materials for your child to take home and create. Please keep in mind we may not finish creating something every week.

More than 5 minutes late (unless you arrange it with me prior or it’s an emergency) will be considered late. A late/early fee of $15 as well as a $25/hour fee will be charged. If you are 30 mins or more early/late a fee of $50 and a $25/hour fee is to be made.

Please know a considerable amount of time and effort goes into planning and organising these events.
Minimum numbers are required to run each event, in the event that a day needs to be cancelled Skyla will notify you in advance. If event is cancelled by Skyla, a refund will be issued.
